Now What? — Start Here

If you're new here.

This is a slow-built archive for women who look, by every external measure, like they have it together — and who quietly know something is off. Maybe a little off. Maybe a lot.

I write about high-functioning women, the lives they've built, and the childhoods that shaped both. About the difference between burning your life down and outgrowing the shape it arrived in. About interviews with women who built something beautiful out of difficult beginnings. About the very specific moment in a kitchen, on a Tuesday, when a thought arrives and you don't know what to do with it.

Not therapy. Not a quick fix. Not a checklist. Closer to a long conversation with the part of yourself you have not been quite making time for.

Below are three to begin with — one for each of the registers I write in. Read in any order. If something lands, the workbook is at the bottom of the page; it walks the reflections here through seven areas of life, in about thirty minutes, on your own time.
